All products handcrafted in small batches. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Shipping rates: 2oz products $8.95 · 4oz products $9.95 · Multiple items $11.95. Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. U.S. orders only. Blomacity is not responsible for packages once handed to the carrier.
Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final once products are opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, contact info@blomacity.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We offer a replacement or store credit. Please patch test prior to use.
Reiki Services
Reiki sessions are non-refundable once provided. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.
